Space

This house has always been too large to be simply lived in.  Over the years, the emptiness, the very essence of its beauty, has been filled, crowded, divided. Its volumes, cut apart. Its light, dimmed. The richness of its materials, hidden away.

The grand salon, vast and noble, suffocated under heavy furniture on one side, scattered pieces on the other.

Behind that frozen space, I could already see the sculpted stone, the blond walls, the exposed beams, and the light, always trying to slip through the courtyard windows.

The living room, vast yet obstructed, waiting for light.

And the staircase, majestic, so rarely used. Its landings bathed in a soft glow, its pale stone walls like blank canvases, ready to welcome large works of art. A sculpture in conversation with the void.

Then the idea took shape. As an evidence.

Here, it would not be about possessing, but about sharing. Not a private collection to display, but an open place, a setting for contemporary creation.

To support emerging artists. To offer a living space.

To let people see, feel, and be moved.

The staircase, bathed in light, like a canvas awaiting art.
